About the role

Betsson Group's Campaigns & Rewards unit seeks a backend engineer to join its growing Malaga development team, focusing on loyalty features such as tournaments and dynamic personalized campaigns, and preparing systems for containerization. Hybrid role with office and remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

Design and implement distributed backend services using .NET with event-driven architecture. Collaborate across teams to transform engagement concepts into scalable solutions. Enhance microservice performance, reliability and observability. Lead containerization and cloud migration initiatives. Participate in architecture decisions and code reviews. Contribute to incident response and on-call rotation. Document technical decisions and share domain knowledge.
