About the role

Betsson Group's Sportsbook Area seeks a technical leader for its in-house developed sportsbook platform serving 20+ brands globally, spanning a distributed team across Malta, Budapest, Stockholm, Tallinn and Athens. Hybrid work: 3 days office, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

Lead design, POCs and complex development tasks within the B2B & Integrations value stream. Ensure quality delivery through code reviews and developer oversight. Collaborate with architects on technical alignment and implementation. Drive technical excellence initiatives across the Sportsbook department. Identify and validate technical improvements and communicate benefits to stakeholders. Participate in technical interviews and mentor engineering team members.
