About the role

Betsson Group's Sportsbook technology department seeks a technical leader for its in-house developed platform serving 20+ brands globally. The role bridges architecture, engineering and trading operations across five tech hubs. Hybrid work: 3 days in the office (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development within the B2B & Integrations value stream. Ensure architectural alignment and implementation across teams. Coordinate technical consistency across product development. Identify and validate technical improvements and communicate value to stakeholders. Contribute to development, code reviews and feature implementation. Mentor engineers and participate in hiring. Stay current with emerging technologies.
