Nexthink is hiring a Staff Software Engineer in Lausanne (hybrid) to lead the design and development of its AI-native automation platform ("Flow"), architecting distributed real-time systems and integrating generative AI into product features.

Responsabilidades

Lead the design and development of the AI-native automation platform Flow. Architect distributed, real-time systems and integrate generative AI into product features. Drive system reliability and observability; mentor engineers. Collaborate across Product, Infrastructure, Security and AI/ML teams. Own technical direction for a greenfield initiative.
