You can request correction or removal of company profile data or any personal information that appears on Fitlane AI by mistake.
Company profile: claim, update or remove
If you represent a company listed on Fitlane AI, you can submit a request directly from the company profile page. Find your company, then use the actions at the bottom of the page.
What we can remove or correct
- ✓ Incorrect company name, location, website, or description
- ✓ Personal email addresses or phone numbers appearing by mistake
- ✓ Personal names of employees or recruiters published without consent
- ✓ Entire company profile, if you are the verified company representative
How the process works
- 1 Find the company profile and use the Claim, Update, or Remove action — or email us directly.
- 2 We log your request and confirm receipt by email within 1 business day.
- 3 Our team reviews the request manually. For removals, we verify that you represent the company.
- 4 The profile is updated or removed. We notify you by email. This typically takes up to 5 business days.
