Symphony Solutions is hiring an AI Engineering Tech Lead (Symphony Anywhere; role open across Macedonia, Poland, Turkey and Ukraine) to lead the technical design of AI-agent platforms and mentor a team building LLM-integrated systems.

Responsabilidades

Lead technical design of AI agent platforms using LangChain and LangGraph; hands-on development of AI agents and LLM integration; establish AI observability and monitoring across systems; mentor engineers and conduct code reviews; collaborate with product and solution-architecture teams; build CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.
