No buried clauses. By creating an account, you agree to what follows — read it, and email us if anything looks off.

The short version
The four things you actually need to remember.
Lawful hiring only
Use the platform for real jobs and real hiring conversations. No spam, no harassment, no discrimination.
Your account is yours
You keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
No agency middlemen
You may not resell candidate access or operate as an undisclosed recruitment agency on the platform.
Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Each candidate account is for one real person; each company account belongs to one verified legal entity.
- Keep your password and OAuth sessions safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us right away if your account is compromised so we can help secure it.
Verified company badge
- Companies confirm their domain through a corporate email address.
- You may not post jobs on behalf of a company you do not represent.
- Recruitment agencies must identify themselves as such in their company profile.
- We may revoke verification if we discover misrepresentation.

Chat with companies
Use the in-platform chat for hiring conversations. Files, templates and notes included.
Post jobs
Companies can post roles, parse JDs with AI, and contact candidates within their plan limits.
Hire and be hired
No agency in between — when a hire happens, both sides keep the value.
What you can't do
Break these and we will suspend the account. Repeatedly — close it.
Misrepresent yourself or your company
No fake identities, fake job posts, hidden recruitment agencies posing as in-house, or roles you cannot actually offer.
Harvest data
No scraping, automated downloading of candidate profiles, or bulk export of contact data to other systems.
Resell or share access
Each account is for one human (candidate) or one verified company team. No reselling seats, no sharing contact credits with third parties.
Spam or harass
No unsolicited messages outside the context of an active hiring conversation. No discriminatory or harassing content.
Circumvent privacy controls
No attempts to identify anonymous candidates, bypass hidden-companies blocks, or unmask people who have not granted contact access.
Attack the platform
No reverse-engineering of the match score, no probing for vulnerabilities outside a responsible disclosure channel, no DoS-style traffic.
Billing & refunds
Companies only — candidates never see a bill.

Subscriptions
Growth and Scale plans are billed monthly in the currency shown at checkout. Cancel from billing settings any time.
Contact credit packs
One-time top-ups that stay on your account until used. Monthly included credits reset each billing cycle.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current period. Unused contact credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits were spent.
Taxes
Prices on the pricing page exclude VAT or local sales tax, which is added at checkout based on your billing address.
Changes to pricing
We notify active accounts at least 30 days before a price change. You can downgrade or cancel before the new price applies.
Your content & AI
Who owns what — and what AI is allowed to do with it.
You keep ownership
Your profile, CV files, job posts and messages remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to upload anything you upload.
You grant us a license to operate
To run the platform we need a non-exclusive license to host, display, parse and share your content as you direct (e.g., showing your profile to a company you applied to).
AI-generated explanations
Match-score explanations are generated by AI from your structured data. They are informational — final hiring decisions are made by humans, not by the model.
No employment relationship
{{ $brand }} is a marketplace. We are not the employer in any hire that happens between a candidate and a company on the platform.
Ending the relationship
From either side.
You can leave any time
Delete your account from Settings. We purge your data per the Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions stay billed through the end of the current period.
We can suspend or close for cause
We suspend accounts that violate these terms — typically after a warning, immediately for fraud, harassment, or attempts to identify anonymous candidates.
Survives termination
Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and dispute resolution survive after the account is closed.
Public company profiles
How we handle publicly available business information.
Fitlane AI may display company profiles based on publicly available business information, including company name, website, careers page, industry, location, company size, public description, technology stack, and publicly listed vacancies.
Company descriptions may be generated or summarized from public sources using AI. We do not intentionally publish personal contact details (email addresses, phone numbers, personal social profiles, employee names) without consent.
Company representatives may claim a profile to manage and update its information. Profiles can also be updated or removed on request — see our Company data policy and Data removal page.
We respect robots.txt directives and applicable terms of service when collecting public data. We do not bypass access restrictions, CAPTCHAs, or login walls.
Legal small print
Disclaimers
Fitlane AI is provided "as is". We do not guarantee a job or a hire — match score and AI explanations are informational, not predictions.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Candidates pay nothing — for them this cap is zero.
Changes to these terms
We notify active accounts by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where Fitlane AI is legally established. Local mandatory consumer protections still apply to candidates and small-business clients.
