Storyblok, a headless CMS company, is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer II to lead major backend subsystems and multi-cycle initiatives, mentoring engineers and elevating engineering standards across the backend team. Remote, Europe/LatAm.

Aufgaben

Own technical health and long-term sustainability of backend subsystems.
Lead complex technical initiatives with end-to-end accountability.
Design robust architectures that reduce operational risk.
Deliver high-quality, secure, maintainable code.
Mentor mid-level and senior engineers.
Support production stability through debugging and root-cause analysis.
