Testlio is hiring a hands-on Principal Software Architect to shape application and platform architecture for its crowdsourced quality management platform, fully remote in the Eastern half of the United States.

Architect and deploy scalable services across the core platform. Author clear architectural standards and reference patterns defining domain boundaries. Partner on frontend framework consolidation and observability improvements. Design with security, cost-efficiency and ISO 27001 compliance in mind. Integrate AI/LLM patterns into customer-facing surfaces with operational guardrails. Advise leadership on technical tradeoffs and strategy.
