About the role

Espeo Software is hiring a Senior AI Specialist to build, train, fine-tune and deploy AI/ML models, including LLMs, for enterprise clients, integrating them into backend systems. Hybrid role, one day per week in the office (Poznań, Wrocław, Łódź or Warszawa). Compensation stated as PLN 170-200/hour (B2B), roughly EUR 40-47/hour net.

Responsibilities

Build, train, fine-tune and deploy AI and machine-learning models, including LLMs; integrate AI systems into backend environments (Java, Node.js, Python); manage vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus); develop data-preprocessing and model-evaluation pipelines; collaborate across teams to translate business needs into working solutions.
