About the role

Nexthink is hiring a Senior AI Engineer in Lausanne (hybrid, approximately 3 days on-site) to design and operate production-grade AI/ML systems, including LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

Architect and develop scalable AI solutions, owning model selection and infrastructure decisions. Build evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems to track quality in production. Implement MLOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows and cloud deployments. Collaborate across product, design and engineering teams. Mentor junior engineers and establish AI best practices.
