About the role

Kiwi.com Customer & Marketing Engineering team is building intelligent systems on Google Cloud to personalize travel discovery and automate marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy intelligent features that enhance customer segmentation and targeting. Work with vector databases (Vertex AI Vector Search, pgvector) for embeddings. Develop core data models in BigQuery mapping customer behaviors. Maintain retrieval pipelines integrating with CRM and marketing platforms. Create AI services on Google Cloud using Vertex AI, Cloud Run and BigQuery. Partner with product and marketing teams on production features.
