About the role

Comarch is looking for an AI Data Governance and Strategy Lead to own the AI scorecard, translating AI strategy into measurable business value across sectors, and to be accountable for unified AI data governance and strategy across the company, working with sector Heads of AI/CTOs, Product, R&D, Security/Compliance and the Chief AI Officer. Responsibilities

Run the AI scorecard on a monthly and quarterly cadence, linked to MBOs. Run the annual AI maturity diagnosis and track ROI per sector. Own cross-sector data integration, metadata management and data ethics tooling.
