Design stealth and combat systems, NPC behaviors and enemy archetypes. Develop encounter design and combat spaces with balanced gameplay loops. Own the overall quality, consistency and feel of the stealth/combat experience. Drive features from concept to polish while maintaining long-term vision. Create gameplay documentation and implement features directly in Unreal Engine.
