О роли

Senior customer-facing delivery role within Keboola Professional Services function, leading scoped technical engagements that help customers solve complex data challenges on the Keboola platform.

Обязанности

Manage end-to-end technical engagements including scope definition, delivery and handover. Hands-on architecture guidance, implementation, configuration and troubleshooting. Actively manage scope to prevent scope creep. Identify and develop Professional Services opportunities with Customer Success. Lead technical discovery and design end-to-end solutions. Coordinate across Support, Engineering and customer stakeholders.
