О роли

Productboard is looking for a Staff Engineer to lead architectural initiatives making the codebase AI-native.

Обязанности

Design and implement architectural patterns enabling AI effectiveness as systems scale. Create repo-versioned guidance for AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex). Build automated incident triage and remediation workflows. Develop production agent workflows with human checkpoints. Systematize AI code review for early issue detection.
