Nexthink is hiring a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer in Lausanne (hybrid) to design and implement scalable AI solutions focused on agentic systems and large language models.

Lead AI product development with emphasis on large language models. Create evaluation frameworks and define success metrics for AI systems. Establish MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring in production. Collaborate across engineering, data science and product teams. Mentor junior AI engineers.
