О роли

Talkdesk seeks a hands-on Principal Security Engineer focused on offensive and defensive strategy, AI security, and cloud infrastructure hardening. This is a technical leadership role, not a policy role.

Обязанности

Application security and penetration testing: manual pentesting of applications and APIs, exploit development, secure code review in Go, Python and Java, remediation engineering with development teams. AI security: defenses against prompt injection and data poisoning, red teaming of LLM features, audit frameworks for AI model training, custom security tooling for AI pipelines. Cloud infrastructure: AWS/GCP/Azure hardening, IAM least privilege, container security, automated policy enforcement via OPA and Terraform. Technical leadership: security architecture for cross-functional projects, mentoring senior engineers, fostering a security-by-design culture.
