Delivery Management P&L Ownership Project Management

О роли

Callstack is hiring an experienced leader to oversee a delivery portfolio generating 150-200M PLN annually and manage a 150+ person delivery team, bridging delivery, sales and technical innovation while maintaining P&L accountability.

Обязанности

Ensure client needs comprehension, timely delivery and efficient communication. Implement project management methodology and standardize delivery frameworks. Monitor profitability, margins and utilization rates across the portfolio. Build positive stakeholder relationships and support Account Management on upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Partner with Engineering on delivery standards and technical risk management. Serve as escalation point for high-priority issues. Contribute to transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Establish and monitor Portfolio Health KPIs (NPS, On-Time Delivery, Quality Score). Supervise Delivery Department growth and performance management.
