Tamara is hiring an Engineering Manager - I to lead a squad of 4-6 engineers across backend, frontend and QA for its fintech super-app, partnering with brands such as SHEIN, Amazon and IKEA.

Lead a squad of 4-6 engineers across backend, frontend and QA roles.
Provide technical direction and facilitate architectural decisions.
Conduct performance management, 1:1s and career development.
Plan and manage the team's execution against roadmap commitments.
Collaborate with product and business leadership on strategy alignment.
Drive engineering best practices including CI/CD and code reviews.
