Talkdesk seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join the Engineering team building on a microservices architecture. Talkdesk is a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), positioning itself as a disruptor in Customer Experience Automation.

Zakres obowiązków

Develop scalable, stable products handling current and future growth. Maintain microservices and APIs in a modern agile environment. Design integrations between Talkdesk and external systems, ensuring data integrity. Provide technical guidance and hands-on coding to growing teams. Collaborate across clusters and Business Units with Product teams.
