About the role

Summary
You will become part of the Incident Creator and AI Research team within the Technology Division in Bratislava. The team focuses on detecting malicious activity, combining correlation rules with machine learning models to evaluate potential security incidents from terabytes of behavioral data.
Job description
Beyond detection, the team builds incident-handling tooling for security operators and develops automation, including potential AI SOC.
As an Agile Test Engineer, you test the SOAR platform end-to-end — creating test scenarios, running them across environments, and verifying that incident-handling and automation features work as intended. Beyond that, you bridge developers and security operators — investigating reported issues, finding root causes, and communicating what needs fixing.

Responsibilities

Test the platform end-to-end, including the user interface, backend services, and automation capabilities across all environments.
Investigate user-reported issues — reproduce bugs, find root causes.
Verify new features against requirements — collaborate with developers and security operators on what to test.
Apply quick fixes in Python when possible — understand the codebase enough to locate and patch minor issues.
