About the role

Talkdesk seeks a Software Engineer II to develop scalable, secure SaaS contact center applications using a microservices architecture on AWS, with end-to-end ownership and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain SaaS services on AWS meeting five-nines reliability standards. Own microservices with security and telemetry as foundational principles. Implement automated testing in CI/CD environments. Participate in on-call rotation and resolve production incidents. Conduct code reviews and manage technical debt. Collaborate across Product, Engineering and SRE teams.
