About the role

Avenga R&D team is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to build production-ready systems combining LLM capabilities with machine-learning fundamentals, including agentic AI systems and RAG pipelines. Fully remote, Poland.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end AI solutions by analyzing business problems and selecting appropriate ML approaches.
Build production-grade agentic AI systems using modern orchestration frameworks and LLMs.
Develop and improve RAG pipelines, semantic search and knowledge-retrieval solutions.
Design and implement Python backend services and APIs supporting AI applications.
Evaluate new technologies and translate promising ideas into production solutions.
