About the role

Talkdesk seeks a security professional to detect, investigate and prevent security incidents while proactively identifying weaknesses across its platforms.

Responsibilities

Execute penetration testing on applications, APIs, cloud systems and AI/ML models. Assess security of AI features, including prompt injection and adversarial attack risks. Lead or participate in incident response and forensic investigations. Analyze logs and telemetry for threat hunting. Triage and validate penetration test findings. Collaborate with engineering teams on vulnerability remediation. Develop incident response playbooks. Conduct threat modeling exercises. Research emerging attack techniques.
