About the role
Railsware is hiring a QA Engineer for TradeZella, a trading journaling and educational platform, combining product quality expertise with authentic trading knowledge, focusing on testing functionality, investigating edge cases and resolving complex issues across teams.
Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and identify defects, edge cases and confusions. Investigate complex customer issues through L3 support and drive root cause resolution. Partner with engineering and product teams on system reliability improvements. Enhance QA processes and debugging standards, including AI adoption. Support releases with active post-release monitoring. Extend AI agents to streamline QA efficiency.
