About the role
Simpals is looking for a Product Lead to develop the Jobs vertical within 999.md, Moldova's largest online classifieds marketplace, shaping product strategy, improving user experience, increasing job listings and applications, and developing monetization opportunities.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategy for the Jobs vertical
Analyze labor market, competitors, and user behavior patterns
Build and prioritize the product backlog
Define development team tasks and oversee implementation
Monitor product metrics including conversion and user activity
Conduct product experiments and A/B testing
Enhance experience for both employers and job seekers
Create monetization tools and paid services
Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, analytics, sales, and support
