Outfit7 is looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst to keep business applications reliable, spot issues early, and turn feedback into meaningful improvements, helping teams get the most out of their tools.
Responsibilities
Provide user support across business applications (ERP, HR systems) through troubleshooting and incident resolution
Collaborate across departments to understand needs and develop data solutions
Manage user access and permissions across business applications
Configure and optimize applications based on business requirements
Create dashboards and reports using SQL, SOQL, and Power BI
Participate in implementation projects with data-driven requirements definition
Test system changes and ensure data accuracy across environments
Maintain data integrations and system documentation
