About the role

Mintos is hiring a Backend Engineer (Java) to build backend systems powering its European investment platform, focusing on event-driven integrations, real-time data flows and integrations with external platforms.

Responsibilities

Deliver backend features end-to-end from specification through production deployment. Maintain reliable message-driven processing with deduplication and retry logic. Design and build new Java services using clean architecture principles. Write comprehensive automated tests. Contribute to technical RFCs and peer code reviews.
